Applied Systems provides us with prerecorded video tutorials on all things Epic.  You can access these tutorials by going to www.appliedsystems.com and clicking on Customer Login at the top right of your screen.  When prompted for a username and password, use SSTraining for the username and Sterling@135! for the password.  Once you’re in, click on Applied University on the left navigation bar and then Epic Training.  The Applied University page will open up.  Just click on Course Catalog and select the session that best suits your needs.

1. Go to Applied University.
2. use username SSTraining and password Sterling321# to log in.
3. Click on Course Catalog (in the left navigation bar).
4. To access a course, just click on the recorded sessions on the right.
5. The site may prompt you to “register” and then it will start the video.
6. If you need to install additional software to view the course, you will be prompted by the site.  Just follow the directions given.

***Employees who access SPIN through the Terminal Server will not be able to hear audio on these training sessions.  Instead, you can log onto the Applied website and follow these instructions on your local computer.
