As a company, we have passionately and effectively executed on the mission of protecting people. It is with that same passion, that we turn our attention inward and work to transform our company culture. The senior executives along with a group of cross-functional employees crafted a core set of values and behaviors for the entire organization. The SterlingRisk Values Blueprint, which launched May 2, 2014, has become the foundation upon which we make every business, operational and people decision.
