  1. Summary of Insurance
  2. Currently valued loss runs and loss summaries (prepared by PATRA)
  3. Renewal Specification Checklist (2nd page)
  4. List of declining carriers/carrier results from the prior year’s marketing efforts (located on the “Marketing Result Sheet” from the prior renewal proposal
  5. Any outstanding recommendations and hot coverage issues or items
  6. Listing of endorsements for each policy.
  7. Balance on Account
