A/E will immediately send a copy of the notice to the following departments/persons where applicable:

• To the marketing department, if account is being marketed
• To the Producer
• To the client, with an explanation of the contents of the notice

Ascertain the reason and legality of the notice i.e. did we receive at least 60 days notice for all admitted carriers, was the notice mailed to the correct mailing address.

It is the responsibility of the A/E to ensure the account is remarketed upon discussions with the Producer, and the Marketing Department.
