The process for registration and activation is as follows:
- Go to www.intellicorp.net directly and click on “Sign Up Today”. A “Promotion Code” on the Contact Information page is required
*Important – Your promotion code is: SURERISK
- After completing the first page, there is an option to continue or to receive a call to answer any questions. To continue, select a purpose for using the service : Most clients are doing searches for Employment.
- The second page is the “Credit Authorization Form”
- A name and phone number are required for each Bank and Trade references-NO ACCOUNT NUMBERS ARE NEEDED.
- Trade reference would include contacts at Insurance firms, Credit Cards, Office Supplies, utilities etc
- As part of the activation/validation process, a photocopy of one (1) of the following documents must be submitted or faxed to 216-450-5241:
- copy of a Business License or Vendor License OR
- a pre-printed formal/government document with your EIN or Tax ID number on it (ex. 501c3, 940, 941 Form, SS4, IRS Certificate etc…)
- Once all the information is received by IntelliCorp, it will take about 24-48 hours to activate an account. Once the account is activated, insured will receive an email with your User ID and Password.
