And the step-a-thon winner is the GREEN TEAM. Congratulations on a job well done. The prize for those who participated on the GREEN TEAM will be distributed by Sebally.

Introducing the New Values Care Card

By Values

Today marks the first day of the implementation of the S.H.I.E.L.D VALUES Program, Stage1 – Values Care Card. Managers, Values Team Members, and Rewards & Recognition Members have been given the task of recognizing employees that are living any one of the five values on a day-to-day basis, by presenting them with a Values Care Card upon witnessing such behavior.

If an employee not listed above witnesses a great example of someone living any of the values, they are encouraged to bring this to the attention of a manager with specific details; such ‘referrals’ should be considered for presentation of a Care Card as well.
