I would like to thank all my colleagues who contributed to the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research. Due to everyone’s generosity my daughter Amanda won first place and was able to release a seal “Carrie Sue” back into the ocean. Carrie Sue was rescued off the beach on Long Island with an injured flipper back in April and released back into the ocean of Robert Moses Beach on Friday June 10th, 2016. I would especially like to thank David Sterling for his generosity in matching the donations made by the SterlingRisk Family. It was a very exciting and heartwarming evening, again I would like to thank everyone for their generosity.

It’s been two years. It’s time for an evolution in Recognition.
As everyone knows, the S.H.I.E.L.D VALUES CARE CARD program quickly is approaching its 2nd anniversary. What better way to celebrate this than with a very special ‘update’!? Over the last 2 years, it has been our privilege to see how hard everyone has been working – both in personally exhibiting the values, as well as recognizing others who have done the same. We are appreciative of the effort you all have been putting in, and have tried to return the favor in kind with a huge revision to the program!
The countdown begins to the release of Care Card 2.0. Stay tuned for more teasers and information, and for the grand unveiling of the revamped Rewards & Recognition program in July 2016!
We are excited about what is to come, and we know you will be too. Plus, you get to see us try to blow stuff up! (Not really. Well, just a little bit…)
And remember, “You mustn’t be afraid to dream a little bigger.”

We thought what better way to “portray” EXCELLENCE than to show all of the teams and employees working together and STRIVING to do their best while embodying all of the VALUES together.
We took photos of each and every team and event and used all of the photos to create a Mosaic of the Values Blueprint. Each of us embodies the values and we continue to be such an important part of what makes the values what they are. That’s why for our project we wanted to show how we all literally make up the values.
