Transfer Account Meeting is scheduled with following persons in attendance:

  • Current Account Executive & Associate AE
  • New Account Executive & Associate AE
  • Commercial Lines Manager
  • Producer

 Documents Required for Meeting: 

Account Executive or Associate AE  will provide copies of below for each attendee

  • Summary of Insurance: – of Insurance with copies for all meeting attendees.
  • Open Activities Log
  • Contact Info:   EPIC contacts will be updated to include both the Insured’s Contact info as well as the Underwriter’s Contact Info for each line of business.

Meeting:

  • Summary is reviewed
  • Open Items are reviewed
  • Open Items are either assigned to new AE or if urgent then they are to be completed by current AE.

Post Meeting:

  • EPIC is recoded to new AE including activities and all policy lines.
  • Current AE sends email to all attendees stating who will complete open items.
  • Current AE will complete urgent open items and notify new AE when they are completed
  • Current AE calls insured to notify of account transfer to new AE
  •  New AE calls insured to introduce themselves AND sends out Account Transfer Letter in EPIC — Transfer Acct Letter (Over 10k) or Transfer Acct Letter (Under 10k).
