Carol receives request

  1. If pink sticky* or green sticky is attached to TAM policy screen, e-mail is forwarded to request@sterlingrisk.com.
  2. If no sticky, cert is forwarded to AE to complete notepad and add pink sticky.
  3. AE must complete and forward to Quest within 30 minutes.

*Note:  Pink stickies are confirmations that the notepad in TAM has been updated to show any pertinent additional coverages

Select Business Unit cert that are time-sensitive are issue within unit in a timely fashion.

Certificates issued by SBU are assigned in TAM to an S-CR activity code

Quest

  • Prior to issuing certificate, Associate amends CSR to SBU AE to allow AE to receive a copy of each SBU certificate as it is issued.
  •  Amend CSR24 screen as follows:
  1.  Find Insured in CSR24
  2. When “Insured Information” screen comes up select “Edit”
  3. Make sure the correct Account Executive is showing under “CSR” (if not, amend with correct name)
  4. Next to “Send CSR24 Email Request to:” make sure “CSR” is selected
