August 2, 2014 marked the 90-day mark of the Values rollout on May 2, 2014.
SterlingRisk employees met in the large meeting room on August 4th for a Values Meeting as well as updates from all of the sub-committees.
- Rewards & Recognition team announced the launch of the Values Care Cards to be awarded to any employee that exemplifies any or all of the values.
- Hiring Committee announced that as of August 2014, 2 employees had been hired through the new comprehensive values-driven hiring process.
- Communications Committee announced the launch of SterlingRisk Voice, with the inaugural issue available for all employees. Suggestions for content welcome.
- Performance Management Committee discussed the timeline for a new performance management system and process that will be available in a couple of months.
- Operations Committee presented the results of a recent survey. The results were positive with the majority of employees seeing internal progress with the values in place.
The values team also presented a 15-min video with photos from the values roll out event.
