Who to Call

Contact List

  • IT Department – Any issues with building access, computer issues, issues with remote access or email access from your phone, notification when traveling to gain access, suspicious emails etc. – In most cases an IT ticket via Help Desk is required.
  • Corporate Services (specifically Sebally) – Any issues that are facility related. Office temperature, anything related to our Sterling space in the building, CLK building issues, setup for conference room meetings, LL conference room use – In most cases a Help Desk ticket is required.
  • Corporate Services – Any supply requests you may have, or assistance with mailings in bulk or mailing of business related packages – A Help Desk ticket is required.
  • Payroll – Any issues regarding your pay, (deductions, taxes, withholding), access to ADP – Donna Piccardo will assist.
  • HR – Any issues regarding your benefits, PTO allocation/adjustments – Lauren will assist.
  • HR and Corporate Services – We work together for any internal moves within our space – Lauren and Sebally will assist
